As part of AVPN’s South Asia Social Investment Summit 2022, LEAD participated in a closed-door roundtable. The panel analysed challenges navigated by India’s women entrepreneurs and co-produced a shared understanding essential to catalyse entrepreneurship development in the context. Highlighting critical gaps in current research, the dialogue explored the landscape of women entrepreneurship locally with a focus on urban & peri-urban India, investigated barriers faced and showcased best practices/innovations that can drive change.
