Promoting Women in Leadership for Improving Economic Outcomes

How do we advance women in leadership for economic impact and usher in change at various levels? As a technical partner at the Livelihoods Summit 2023, LEAD along with its gender initiative IWWAGE and ACCESS Development Services, brought together senior experts from the gender and policy space for an important discussion as part of the women’s economic empowerment track at the Livelihoods India Summit 2023.

The session featured leading policymakers and experts, including:

Livelihoods India Summit is a national conference that targets about 500 delegates from the development sector. The summit presents a unique experience for the participants from a diverse array of themes that are discussed in over 15 sessions across two days, and over 70 thought-leaders, policymakers and practitioners are a part of the two-day deliberations.
