Partners: National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM)

To support the NRLM in framing key performance indicators for artisan clusters through a baseline assessment in Budaun (Uttar Pradesh) and Dhamteri (Chhattisgarh) clusters, STREE organised a workshop for cross-learning from diverse experiences in supporting artisan clusters. The workshop was to ideate on various key performance indicators to measure intervention effectiveness.

Focussed on only artisan clusters, the workshop helped identify program benchmarks and served as an ideation platform for functionaries from the NRLM, SRLMs, and implementation leaders from empanelled technical support agencies as well as one external expert with experience in cluster development interventions. Experts who participated included:
