Partners: 3ie, ACCESS Development Services and NITI Aayog
As part of Livelihoods India Summit 2021, 3ie along with LEAD curated a track on strengthening women’s collective enterprises in various sectors with a central focus on 3ie’s Swashakt programme. Moderated by Mridulya Narasimhan of LEAD at Krea University, the panel featured:

The panel presented the Swashakt framework and crafted a solutions toolbox that will help collective enterprises overcome societal and structural barriers required to assume ownership, sustain livelihoods and scale. Different ways in which women-led collectives are being supported by Swashakt and their impact on economic development & empowerment were analysed. This was followed by a discussion where panellists drew on their diverse experiences in working with women’s collective enterprises.
