How do rituals shape our mental well-being and sense of belonging?

At The Banyan‘s 5th Sundram Fasteners Lecture Series, our Executive Director, Sharon Buteau, moderated a thought-provoking panel on the intersections between rituals, mental health and systemic care.  The discussion delved into  how rituals can support well-being and promote culturally inclusive mental health practices.
