Responsibilities:

Data Management and Analysis:

  1. Managing large volumes of data, information, records and ensuring efficient archival of application data.
  2. Setting up and implementing an archiving system to ensure an efficient record-keeping of applicant data.

Admissions and Evaluation:

  1. Organizing the admissions process for the upcoming application cycle.
  2. Managing review of applications, shortlisting and organizing for interviews (staffing of the panels, scheduling) with prospective students across different cities in the country in close coordination with Faculty and Senior Leaders.
  3. Supporting the due diligence and decision-making process for selection of students.

Communication:

  1. Counselling and guiding students and parents that will help them understand the Krea proposition better.
  2. Engaging with counsellors, parents and students who may need to understand details about Krea University and the undergraduate programme or may have queries around decisions on their candidature.
  3. Query management.

Skills required:

  1. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  2. Comfort with data, analysis and a strong sense of detail.
  3. Ability to organize and execute projects.
  4. Strong writing and communicating skills.
  5. Prior experience in project management is desired.
  6. Being comfortable with uncertainties of a start-up like environment.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in working with students (in the capacity of teachers, counsellors, or managing admissions) in the education sector.

Please note: The responsibilities will require frequent travelling within the country.
