POLICY & REGULATION
There is an increased awareness in the developing world for the need to move towards a culture of evidence-based policymaking. We are dedicated to conducting rigorous research to test and improve effectiveness of programmes directed at economic and financial improvement of the lives of the poor.
We are also dedicated to analyzing and disseminating findings from policy-based research. This helps policymakers make informed decisions about scaling up programs for poverty alleviation. We evaluate the impact of policy changes, assess and assist government stakeholders with programme evaluations, and conduct short-term policy research to inform current policy debates.
We host conferences and round-tables with practitioners, policymakers and researchers to facilitate information sharing about latest research findings. We actively disseminate our findings through participation in regional and international conferences. We are committed to working collaboratively with policy makers to analyze policy decisions, and to help make long-term policy decisions.
