Manager – Human Resources, Chennai.

Position Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible to manage the Employee Life cycle processes that include hiring and retaining talent, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Development and HR Compliance. This Position will be based at Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:
The Position will be responsible for the following tasks.

•     To provide right talent at the right time through structured hiring process. To bring in innovation in hiring and attracting talents.
•     To manage the employee onboarding and ensure the new inducts to settle well in the Organisation.
•     To monitor and execute the performance evaluation process periodically with in the stipulated time frame and to complete the compensation revision process.
•     To manage the payroll process, leave management and employee separation process
•     To collaborate with the Training Vertical in having the structured process implemented for Internal Training of Employees.
•     To ensure the availability of documentation to fulfill the periodic audit requirements.
•     To effectively utilize the software platform and work towards the HR process improvement through automation.

Background and Qualifications:

Post-Graduation in Management/ Social Work specializing Human Resource Management

Work Experience
•     Minimum five years of work experience in handling end to end HR function.
Strong capability to execute the HR processes to achieve the HR related objectives.

•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•     Ability to work independently, to be well organized and detail oriented.
•     Proficient in MS Office.
•     Exceptional interpersonal skills.
