Job Description:

•     To consider staffing logistics and take responsibility for recruiting staff for the organization.
•     To identify personal and professional development of the organization’s personnel, which involves employee orientation, development and training.
•     To manage employees’ benefits, and implementation of policy documents to employees.
•     To maintain human resource information system records and Prepare customize reports as required.
•     To ​manage employee separation process​.
•     To manage administrative activities as and when it is required.

Key skills and qualifications:

•     Master’s degree in Human Resources.
•     Two plus years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
•     Specialized in organization development, employee relations & retention, records management
•     Excellent communication skills & problem solving skills.
•     Familiar with Microsoft office tools.
