We are committed to translating policy recommendations into effective policymaking. We achieve this through a collaborative research framework and dissemination of findings using public platforms, which help inform policymakers’ decisions.
To achieve the broad goals outlined in our vision, three research centres have been created: Centre for Microfinance, Centre for Development Finance, and Small Enterprise Finance Centre. Our ecosystem also hosts research conducted by the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) and CLEAR, South Asia.
Each of the research centres provides scientific evaluations of sustainable and scalable solutions to improve access to financial services, determine opportunities that mitigate financial risks, improve provision of public goods, and create an environment for sustainable development.
